Relaunch of Legal & General's Claims campaign. Concept was based on peoples natural reactions to a disaster happening in their own home and how Legal & General are there when needed. 
Campaign deliverables: Press / Digital / Print / DM / Event / Film // 
Results: 26% increase in sales across all distribution channels. 24% increase in awareness among brokers. Click-through rate of of 0.24% compared to an industry average of 0.11%.  Legal and General moved from 6th to 3rd position for customer service and 2nd for claims service.
